Booking your stay and sightseeing package is simple! Follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Select Check-in and Check-out Dates

Choose the dates for your stay to ensure availability of rooms and services.

Step 2: Choose Number of Book Items (Rooms)

Here, “No. of Book Items” refers to the number of rooms required for your group.

Step 3: Select Hotel

• From the list of available hotels, choose the one that suits your needs.
• By default, breakfast is included.

Step 4: Customize Meals

• If you’d like to add dinner, select the Dinner option for the same hotel you chose in Step 3.

Step 5: Add Extra Bed (if required)

• For children above 11 years, an extra bed is mandatory.
• For children 5-11 years, you can opt for:
  • Without Extra Bed with Breakfast, or
  • Without Extra Bed with Breakfast & Dinner.

Select the appropriate option for the same hotel chosen in Step 3.

Step 6: Choose Cab for Sightseeing

Select a vehicle based on your group size for sightseeing or airport transfers:

• AC Etios (up to 4 persons)
• AC Innova (up to 7 persons)
• Tempo Traveller (up to 12 persons)

Luggage Note:

• If your luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, choose a larger vehicle. For instance:
  • 4 persons with large luggage: choose Innova.
  • 7 persons with large luggage: choose Tempo Traveller.
  • 12 persons with large luggage: contact us for additional vehicle options.

Step 7: Add Additional Services (Extras)

From the “Extras” option, select any add-ons you need:

• Local union vehicles for places like Zero Point, Drung Fall, Baba Reshi Temple, Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or Chandanwari.
• Garden tickets, photoshoots, Shikara rides, or lunch at restaurants.

Step 8: Review and Customize Your Booking

Double-check all details and make any final adjustments to ensure your package is perfect.

Step 9: Add to Cart

Once satisfied, add your selection to the cart.

Step 10: Verify and Proceed to Checkout

• Recheck your selections in the cart.
• Click Proceed to Checkout when ready.

Step 11: Fill in Your Details

Provide personal or group leader information:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Address

If booking for someone else, provide their details. Only one set of contact information is needed per group.

Step 12: Choose Payment Option

Two payment methods are available:

1. Credit/Debit Card:

   • Instant confirmation after payment.

2. Bank Transfer:

   • An order ID and bank details will be generated on the confirmation page.
   • You have 24 hours to complete the transfer. If not paid within 24 hours, the booking will be auto-canceled without notification.

Step 13: Booking Completed!
