Agreement to Terms

By booking services through this portal, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Please review these terms carefully before making a booking. No Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 90 days of the tour commencement and 30 days for Only Hotel Booking .
• Helicopter tickets are strictly non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timelines.

Token Amount

• A minimum of 50% of the token amount will be retained as a cancellation fee for Tour booking and 25% for Hotel Booking.

Refund Provisions for Tour Booking

• 91–365 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total package cost (excluding GST) will be refunded if the full amount has been paid.
• Less than 91 Days Before arrival: No refunds will be issued.

Refund Provisions for Hotel Booking

• 31–365 Days Before Departure: 75% of the total Hotel charge (excluding GST) will be refunded if the full amount has been paid.
• Less than 30 Days Before arrival: No refunds will be issued.

Kindly Note: A “Tour” refers to arrangements where you have booked a bundled tour package, or a combination of hotel and transport, or transport and or services like garden tickets or shikara rides in a single booking. If you book the hotel separately and Holidays bundled  Packages/ transport/garden tickets/shikhara ride/gondola tickets, etc., separately, the hotel cancellation will follow our Hotel Policy, while the Holiday Packages/Tour Packages , transport, garden tickets, shikhara ride, gondola tickets will be subject to the Tour Cancellation Policy.

Additional Charges

• Extra charges will apply for extended stays on a prorated basis.

Itinerary Changes

• Itineraries are subject to change based on prevailing conditions.

Sightseeing Rules

• Sightseeing will not be arranged for arrivals after 2 PM 
• Unutilized services will not be refunded or adjusted.

Jammu & Kashmir Transport Rules 

• Local transport may be required for specific locations such as Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, or in Gulmarg and Sonamarg. Additional charges will apply.
• Vehicles will adhere to local union regulations and parking rules.

Weather-Related Delays

• Missed services due to weather or delays in trekking/helicopter schedules will not be refunded or adjusted. Additional arrangements will incur extra costs.

Transportation on the Final Day

• Transporters will wait at the helipad until 2 PM . Beyond this time, extra charges will apply, or the vehicle will return to respective places.

Short-Duration Packages

• Short packages (e.g., 2 Nights/3 Days) are not recommended due to higher risks of incomplete tours caused by weather conditions.

Helicopter Services

• If helicopters do not operate, tickets must be stamped for a full refund via a credit note (valid for 365 days).
• Helicopter services typically operate until 5–6 PM, subject to daylight availability.

Tents and Accommodation

• Tents provide basic facilities and are designed for an adventurous experience.

Price Updates

• Helicopter ticket prices may change due to external factors. Travelers must pay the difference.

Cancellation Requests

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Requests via phone or WhatsApp will not be accepted.

Force Majeure Situations

• In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 or natural calamities), 25% of the total amount will be retained as an administrative charge. The remaining amount will be adjusted for the next year’s pilgrimage.

Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to Delhi NCR jurisdiction only.

Refund and Adjustment Conditions

• Refunds and adjustments apply only to the same tour, for the same number of persons and duration. Reductions in participant numbers will be treated as cancellations, with no refunds provided.

Helicopter Service Limitations

• Helicopter operators follow Govt rules. Timing adjustments or other requests cannot be guaranteed.

Partially Used Services

• No refunds will be provided for partially used or unused services.

Tour Nature

• The adventure or trekking’s tour available on the portal is not a pure luxury tour. For luxury services, alternative tours are recommended.
