1. Open the Website

   • Visit holidays.amarnathjiyatra.com to start your booking.

2. Navigate to the Tours Section

   • Click on the Menu option and find the Holiday Packages tab.

3. Select Your Desired Package

   • Under the Holiday Packages tab, choose the package you wish to book.

4. Filter and Explore Packages

   • Visit the package page and apply filters such as Cost, Route, Pickup & Drop Location, Duration, Destination, etc. to find the best match.

5. Check Availability

   • Click on View Availability to see open slots.
   • Download the Itinerary, read the detailed description (both short & long) to understand the package completely.

6. Select Date & Number of Persons

   • Choose your preferred travel date from the calendar.
   • Alternatively, select a date from the Check-in option below the calendar.
   • Under No. of Items (No. of Persons), select the number of travelers.

7. Customize Your Package (If Available)

   • If Extras are available, you can adjust your package:
     • Room Sharing: Prices vary for Single, Double, and Triple Sharing (default is Double/Triple Sharing).
     • Additional Services: Include extra sightseeing, rental equipment, pickup/drop services, extended stays, etc.
   • Verify the final price before proceeding.

8. Add to Cart

   • Click the Add to Cart button to proceed.

9. Review & Proceed to Checkout

   • After adding the package to the cart, you will see a summary of your booking.
   • Click Proceed to Checkout to finalize your booking.

10. Fill in Traveler Details & Choose Payment Method

    • On the Checkout Page, enter details for the Tour Leader or Billing Person/Company:
      • Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, and other required details.
    • Scroll down and choose a Payment Method:
      • Option A: Pay by Credit/Debit Card
        • Click Place Order, and you’ll be redirected to Stripe Payment Gateway.
        • Pay the full amount and receive an instant confirmation with order details.
        • You can check your booking status under My Account.
      • Option B: Bank Transfer
        • Click Place Order, and your Order ID will be generated.
        • Your order will remain on hold until payment is received.
        • The confirmation page will display bank details for the transfer.
        • Complete the payment within 3 days; otherwise, the booking will be auto-canceled.
        • After payment, send the deposit slip or transaction reference number to booking@amarnathjiyatra.com for offline confirmation.

11. Booking Completed – Get Ready for Your Trip!

    • Once payment is confirmed, your booking is finalized.

Booking your stay and sightseeing package is simple! Follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Select Check-in and Check-out Dates

Choose the dates for your stay to ensure availability of rooms and services.

Step 2: Choose Number of Book Items (Rooms)

Here, “No. of Book Items” refers to the number of rooms required for your group.

Step 3: Select Hotel

• From the list of available hotels, choose the one that suits your needs.
• By default, breakfast is included.

Step 4: Customize Meals

• If you’d like to add dinner, select the Dinner option for the same hotel you chose in Step 3.

Step 5: Add Extra Bed (if required)

• For children above 11 years, an extra bed is mandatory.
• For children 5-11 years, you can opt for:
  • Without Extra Bed with Breakfast, or
  • Without Extra Bed with Breakfast & Dinner.

Select the appropriate option for the same hotel chosen in Step 3.

Step 6: Choose Cab for Sightseeing

Select a vehicle based on your group size for sightseeing or airport transfers:

• AC Etios (up to 4 persons)
• AC Innova (up to 7 persons)
• Tempo Traveller (up to 12 persons)

Luggage Note:

• If your luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, choose a larger vehicle. For instance:
  • 4 persons with large luggage: choose Innova.
  • 7 persons with large luggage: choose Tempo Traveller.
  • 12 persons with large luggage: contact us for additional vehicle options.

Step 7: Add Additional Services (Extras)

From the “Extras” option, select any add-ons you need:

• Local union vehicles for places like Zero Point, Drung Fall, Baba Reshi Temple, Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, or Chandanwari.
• Garden tickets, photoshoots, Shikara rides, or lunch at restaurants.

Step 8: Review and Customize Your Booking

Double-check all details and make any final adjustments to ensure your package is perfect.

Step 9: Add to Cart

Once satisfied, add your selection to the cart.

Step 10: Verify and Proceed to Checkout

• Recheck your selections in the cart.
• Click Proceed to Checkout when ready.

Step 11: Fill in Your Details

Provide personal or group leader information:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Address

If booking for someone else, provide their details. Only one set of contact information is needed per group.

Step 12: Choose Payment Option

Two payment methods are available:

1. Credit/Debit Card:

   • Instant confirmation after payment.

2. Bank Transfer:

   • An order ID and bank details will be generated on the confirmation page.
   • You have 24 hours to complete the transfer. If not paid within 24 hours, the booking will be auto-canceled without notification.

Step 13: Booking Completed!
